Insurance Requirements

1. Waywest Lighting & Camera Inc. must be named as additionally insured as respects general liability and auto liability, and loss payee as respects miscellaneous rented equipment and hired physical damage.
2. Certificate must note that coverage is provided for loss or damage to rented equipment for a limit not less than the value of rented equipment.
3. General Liability coverage must be in force for a limit of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 aggregate.
4. Third‑party property damage: no less than $1,000,000.

Crew Rates

We know that budgets vary, for that reason we try to be flexible and keep crew rates commensurate with the expertise required for each job. Thus, rates for a commercial would generally be higher than rates for a corporate project.

Rates are based on a 10‑hour day. Overtime is billed at time‑and‑a half for hours 10‑12 and at double‑time after 12 hours.
